Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun, P.C., is pleased to announce that Jennifer S. Frank is its newest full equity shareholder.
Jennifer joined the firm in 2015 and has been practicing law since 1997. She specializes in all facets of employment law, including representation of employees and employers in discrimination, harassment, disability, ADA, FMLA, and wage and hour claims, and regularly provides training and presentations on the same. In addition, she advises employers on compliance, handbooks and policies, privacy, non-competes, hiring, discipline, and termination.
Recently, Jennifer attended training for workplace investigations at the Association of Workplace Investigators’ one-week Training Institute where she earned her AWI certificate (AWI-CH), allowing her to conduct high quality external workplace investigations for employers. She is a member of the national Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Black Hills SHRM (BH SHRM), and is currently serving as President of BH SHRM. She is also a member of the South Dakota, Pennington County, Minnesota and American Bar Associations.
