Drew Skjoldal is a member of the firm’s business group in the Spearfish office and focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, real estate, and commercial transactions.

In his estate planning practice, Drew helps clients gain peace of mind and plan for the future by putting important safeguards in place for themselves and their loved ones. He has experience in drafting wills, trusts, financial powers of attorney and health care powers of attorney.  Drew also helps clients navigate the probate process after the death of a loved one.

In his general business and real estate practice, Drew helps business owners and agricultural producers navigate various issues as they arise. Drew was raised on a cattle ranch in Perkins County, and he particularly enjoys working with farmers and ranchers.

Drew lives in Spearfish with his wife Shelli and their four young children. Drew is grateful to live in Spearfish, and he and his family are active in the community, in their church, and in various clubs and organizations.
