Governance

The education law group at Lynn Jackson is experienced in matters relating to institutional governance, including claims of a lack of ethics and conflict of interest policies, lack of new board member orientation, lack of a defined set of bylaws, failure of administration to inform its board, lack of policies that govern ongoing activities, failure to develop a risk assessment program, inability to engage in effective strategic planning and budgeting, and lack of sufficient autonomy in making decisions in the best interest of the institution.
